The day includes driving the adoption of predictive and intelligent testing strategies, leveraging automation and innovative testing solutions to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in software quality across projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of continuous testing practices to improve overall software delivery timelines and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with business objectives and technical requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify areas for automation to optimize testing efficiency.
- Experience in integrating automated testing within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and software development lifecycle to support comprehensive test coverage.
Additional Information:
