As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing creative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to enhance operational efficiency. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to guarantee that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools relevant to ServiceNow.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
