Role Description

The Retail Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and fragrance products. The consultant will demonstrate product features, explain ingredients and benefits, and ensure an engaging, premium in-store experience that reflects Kimirica's brand values. Daily responsibilities include achieving retail sales targets,



managing displays and stock levels, maintaining store hygiene, and supporting promotional activities. The role also requires staying updated on product knowledge, attending training sessions, and providing attentive customer service to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to assess customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Solid product knowledge across fragrances, bath and body, skincare, and wellness, with an interest in vegan and cruelty-free formulations.
- Customer service and retail sales skills, including handling inquiries, closing sales, and meeting store targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric, skilled demeanor.
- Prior experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or luxury lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in a retail environment.
- Comfort with basic POS operations and inventory handling; attention to detail in visual merchandising.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy is an advantage.
