About the Role

We are hiring a BIM Architect for a full-time, on-site position in New Delhi.

The BIM Architect will develop architectural designs, prepare construction documentation, create and coordinate BIM models, and support projects across different stages of design and execution. The role requires close coordination with architects, consultants, clients, and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and detailed construction drawings

• Create, manage, and coordinate BIM models using Revit

• Prepare drawings, technical documentation, and project submittals

• Produce and update drawings using AutoCAD

• Implement BIM standards and workflows across project stages

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams

• Review models and drawings for accuracy, consistency,



and alignment with the design intent

• Support design revisions and interdisciplinary coordination

• Contribute to sustainable and operationally efficient design solutions

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field

• Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory

• Robust understanding of architectural design and construction documentation

• Practical knowledge of Building Information Modeling and BIM workflows

• Experience preparing detailed construction drawings and submittals

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience

Experience working on infrastructure or retrofit projects will be an added advantage.
