Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are interested in gaining practical exposure in Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process and maintain employee documentation.
- Update and maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
- Assist in drafting HR-related emails, letters, and documents.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Help with data entry, filing, and HR administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word,



Excel, and Outlook) is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a skilled environment.
