Job title: Team Leader Production

Location: On-site, Doddabalapur, Bangalore.

Experience Required: 8–15 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Backend manufacturing operations including Through-Hole Soldering, Assembly, and Testing.
- Ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure compliance with ESD, 5S, Safety, and Quality Management Systems.
- Lead and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions for process improvements.




- Handle customer requirements, production planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing processes and product quality requirements.

Knowledge of Standards & Systems:

- Solid understanding of IPC Standards (IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001) and electronic manufacturing best practices.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of ESD Control, Process Validation, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis tools.
- Experience in handling customer audits, process audits, and quality system audits.

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Experience:

- 8–15 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing.
- Industry Experience: Preferably from EMS industry.
