Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Review and validate OCR-extracted data from academic documents such as transcripts, mark sheets, and certificates
- Ensure accurate extraction of key fields including course names, grades, credits, course codes, and institutional details
- Identify and correct OCR errors such as misreads, formatting issues, or missing information
- Perform manual data entry where OCR confidence is low or data is incomplete
- Standardize extracted data into structured formats as per system requirements
- Process multiple document formats including scanned PDFs, images, and multi-page transcripts
- Flag inconsistencies, illegible data, or document quality issues for further review
- Collaborate with AI and product teams to improve OCR accuracy and data extraction models
- Maintain quality benchmarks, turnaround time (TAT), and audit logs for processed documents
- Support downstream teams by ensuring clean and reliable data output
