Sales Director – CloudFuze

We're not hiring a manager. We're hiring someone to own the number.

CloudFuze is scaling quick in cloud migration and SaaS management — trusted by names like National Geographic, Intuit, and Stryker. Now we need a Sales Director to run the entire revenue quota, build a killer team, and coach them to actually hit it.

You'll:

- Own total revenue — no excuses, no hand-offs
- Coach reps 1:1 until average becomes exceptional
- Run pipeline like a machine — HubSpot, forecasts, accountability
- Hire and scale the team as we grow
- Jump into big deals when it matters
- Report straight to the CEO — no layers, no politics

You bring:

- 10-15 yrs in SaaS sales, 5+ leading a quota-carrying team
- A real track record of hitting numbers through people, not just yourself
- Experience selling to North American enterprise buyers
- Coaching chops — you've turned reps into closers before
