Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Chandannagore subdivision. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage payroll and benefits coordination, and support training and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining HR records, handling employee queries and grievance resolution, coordinating disciplinary processes,



and partnering with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational culture. The role also involves designing engagement activities, monitoring HR metrics, and ensuring that HR practices are consistent, fair, and aligned with Taniva Engineering’s business needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid HR operations and administration skills, including experience with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations and engagement, such as conflict resolution, coaching, communication, and facilitating a positive workplace culture.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws and compliance, including statutory regulations, HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in HR systems and tools, including HRIS software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic data reporting and analysis.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle confidential information, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within engineering, construction, or manufacturing environments, will be beneficial.
