Job Summary

NDC Diagnostic Centre is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in the Kalyan region. The primary responsibility of the PRO is to generate patient referrals and business for the diagnostic centre through regular field visits, relationship management, and service promotion.

Key ResponsibilitiesDoctor Relationship Management

- Conduct daily visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare practitioners.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors.
- Introduce and promote NDC's diagnostic services, health packages, and specialized investigations.
- Address doctor queries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

Business Development

- Generate patient referrals and increase test volumes from assigned territories.
- Identify new doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate opportunities for business expansion.




- Develop strategies to increase market penetration in Kalyan and surrounding areas.

Marketing Activities

- Distribute promotional materials, brochures, and service updates.
- Inform doctors about new tests, technologies, health packages, and offers.
- Coordinate CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional events when required.

Service Coordination

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery for referred patients.
- Ensure prompt feedback and report delivery for referred cases.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain daily visit reports and doctor interaction records.
- Submit weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Track referral trends and competitor activities in the market.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
