- Manage and process customer orders accurately
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and shipping teams
- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery
- Update and maintain order data in Google Sheets / system
- Identify and resolve issues during order processing
- Maintain clear communication with team members
- Prepare simple reports on order status
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in order management / operations
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
