Architect Responsibilities As an Architect you will play a crucial role in supporting our architectural projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Design Conceptualization and Development: Assist in the creation and refinement of architectural designs, including drafting sketches, renderings, and models. Collaborate closely with senior architects to translate conceptual designs into detailed drawings and construction documents.

2. Research and Compliance: Conduct thorough research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and are feasible for construction. Stay informed about the latest developments in building technologies and materials.

3. Site Visits and Surveys: Participate in site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather information that will inform the design process. Document findings from site visits and use them to enhance design accuracy and feasibility.

4. Design Presentation and Client Interaction: Contribute to the preparation of design presentations for clients, including creating visuals that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.



Participate in client meetings, assisting in the explanation of design concepts and gathering client feedback.

5. Software Utilization: Utilize industry-standard software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce detailed architectural drawings and presentations. Ensure that all digital assets are organized and accessible for the project team.

6. Project Coordination and Management: Support the project management team by organizing documents, maintaining schedules, and facilitating communication with clients and stakeholders. Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to ensure that deadlines are met.

7. Continuous Learning and Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design. Apply current knowledge and skills to your work, contributing to the continuous improvement of our projects and processes.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
