Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee road construction work in Kanker, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Road & Highway Projects and be capable of supervising site activities, labour, machinery, and ensuring work is completed on time with the required quality standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision

- Supervise daily road construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of work.

2. Road Construction

- Supervise Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DLC, PQC, drainage, and road works.
- Ensure work complies with PWD and Highway project standards.

3. Team Coordination

- Coordinate with Site Engineers, PMC, contractors, and labour teams.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and ensure smooth execution.

4. Equipment Management

- Monitor the use of JCB, Excavators, Rollers, Graders,



Pavers, and other heavy equipment.
- Ensure proper utilization of machinery at the site.

5. Quality & Safety

- Check the quality of work and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.

6. Reporting

- Maintain daily work progress reports and labour records.
- Report project updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Required Skills

- Experience in Road & Highway Construction Projects.
- Knowledge of PWD Specifications, DLC, PQC, and PMC Coordination.
- Basic knowledge of JCB and other road construction equipment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and supervise site work.
- Good communication and team management skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in Road, Highway, or Infrastructure Projects.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
