- Handles IPD /OPD / Panel Billing
- Coordination work with each and every Department including all specialties in house consultants of the hospital related to Patient Care
- Coordinate and Monitors all Planned OT Clearance against adequate Deposits
- Monitor overall Bed Managements and Shift out inter hospital for smooth allocation of beds
- Maintain Ambulance TAT and emergency Crowd handling for every process
- Complain handling & escalation on timely basis
- Ensure that all staff is alert & working in the night at their respective counters
- Bills the patients against consultation, various tests & procedures carried out in the hospital.
- Prepares the bill receipt and give it to patient/attendants.
- Provides estimation for the respective procedure/Surgery/treatment to be done.
- Collects the cash in advance.
- Tallies the cash collected with prepared cash receipt statement
- Deposits collected cash to the main cash counter.
- Deposits collected cash to bank in case of requirement
- Handles all the billing queries and Compilation of MIS.
