Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead the complete manufacturing operations of our Precast Manufacturing factory. The successful candidate will oversee production planning, fabrication, casting, finishing, quality control, inventory, repair, dispatch, and workforce management while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise all factory operations to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Manage and coordinate production, maintenance, quality control, and warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when required.
- Optimize resource utilization, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, productivity reports, and operational metrics.
- Lead, train, and motivate factory employees to achieve performance objectives.
- Coordinate with procurement, HR,



and management teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery, equipment, and factory infrastructure.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain discipline within the factory.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Qualification:

- M.E. /B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management, or Production Planning are an advantage.
