The role includes conducting site visits, preparing proposals, offering technical support, maintaining solid client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client requirements and propose customized solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in UPS systems or the power solutions industry is an advantage
