Skills Required:

- Responsible for Monitoring of backup jobs and Ensure adherence to retention policies.

- Responsible for configuration & scheduling Backups of OS, databases and applications

- Firewall management and troubleshooting skill

- Excellent troubleshooting skills on ubuntu

- Cloud infra management skills (Azure, AWS, GCP)

- Webserver configuration and management – IIS, Apache

- Antivirus server management

- Hands-on on Active Directory

- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.

- Deal with systems queries and process requests in relation to problem solving, systems configuration and technical faults.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers,



and virtualization

- Work closely with team members for time allocation and prioritisation

- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes

- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues

- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing recent or upgrades of IT infrastructure

- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures

- Experience in cloud infra management (AWS, Azure GCP)

- Understanding of ISMS ( ISO27001) and QMS process that all applied to IT support department.

- Experience in managing team of minimum 10 team members.

Education & Training

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related area) preferred.

- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
