Job Description – HR Manager
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Experience: 4–7 Years
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the complete employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to employee engagement and retention. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing HR operations, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining confidential employee records, and supporting business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer management.
Develop hiring strategies, maintain recruitment pipelines, and ensure timely closure of positions.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate seamless onboarding, documentation, and induction for recent employees.
Ensure all joining formalities, policy communication, and system access are completed on time.
3. Employee Retention & Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback initiatives.
Monitor employee satisfaction, address grievances, and implement retention strategies.
4. Payroll & Compensation
Process monthly payroll with accuracy, including attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
Coordinate salary revisions, bonus processing, Full & Final settlements, and payroll reports.
5. HR Operations
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, HRMIS updates, and employee database.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management MIS related to workforce metrics.
6. Documentation & Compliance
Handle employee documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, promotions, and exit documents.
Ensure compliance with labour laws,
company policies, and maintain audit-ready HR records.
7. Employee File Management
Maintain secure physical and digital employee files with complete confidentiality.
Ensure proper storage, retrieval, and periodic verification of HR documents.
8. Performance Management
Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, and KRA/KPI tracking.
Support department heads in performance improvement and employee development plans.
9. HR Policies & Administration
Implement HR policies, employee handbook guidelines, and workplace discipline.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, and leave management.
10. Exit Management
Manage resignation acceptance, exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and Full & Final settlement.
Maintain exit documentation and analyze attrition trends for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
HR Expertise
Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
Experience in employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and compliance.
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and HR reporting.
Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processing.
Communication & Leadership
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational abilities with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
Certification in Payroll, Labour Laws, or HR Analytics will be an added advantage.
Experience
4–7 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles.
Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Banking, NBFC, or Corporate organizations is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
