Job Description

Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job

- Experience in Manufacturing process design and implementation, facility development and proving. (Assembly lines or processes, Vehicle assembly or sub system)

- Highly skilled in Co-ordinating with Manufacturing teams in US and India

- Valuable understanding of Engineering drawings, BOM and Routing systems.

- Good knowledge and experience in PFMEA Process

- Hands on experience in implementing SOP, Poka-yoke, Kaizen and Process innovations.

- Good understanding of Engineering change management process.





- Knowledge in JIG & Fixture design

- Knowledge of vehicle systems (Technical know-how of the products)

- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing / Waste reduction / Method improvements

Requirements

Experience

5-8 years

EV / Automotive / Auto Ancillary

Qualifications

B.E/B. Tech –Mechanical/Automobile

General Requirements

- Working in US Shift timing

- Experience in Solid works / Auto cad

- SAP – PP / MM Module knowledge

- Strong communication skill with US Team members

- MS Office
