I am looking out for an ideas first, creative mind for the role of Director- Creative and Strategy (Mainline)
A person who writes powerful copy, leads creative teams, and runs projects from insight to delivery.
Translates briefs into executable creative plans and work closely with producers and accounts to deliver on time and budget
Mentors and manages a creative team while leading big ideas across film, social, OOH & activation, and own projects from brief to execution.
Must Haves
Strong portfolio showing insight-driven, integrated campaigns (concept, copy, and execution).
Proven people management experience: hiring, mentoring, and leading teams
Explicit understanding of production and project delivery (briefing, revisions, budgets, timelines).
5+ years of experience in a mainline advertising
