We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage financial records, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Record and maintain accurate sales and purchase transactions in the accounting system.
- Perform bank reconciliation to verify transactions and identify discrepancies.
- Handle GST compliance and tax return filings, ensuring timely submission.
- Monitor outstanding debtors and creditors to support effective cash flow management.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and tender documentation.
- Manage billing preparation and measurement calculations for interior work projects.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Knowledge of GST, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
