We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling e-commerce order management, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali are essential.
Key Responsibilities: * Provide guidance and information to prospective students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and clients.
* Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication.
* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic options.
* Address student queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Maintain regular follow-up with students throughout the admission process.
* Reach out to prospective students and clients generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.
* Qualify leads and identify potential enrollment opportunities.
* Schedule counseling sessions, demos, and meetings for the sales team.
* Maintain lead records and update CRM systems regularly.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales, academic counselling and business development roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, googlesheets).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken & written).
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
