World Gems Jewelry Company is looking for a proactive and experienced IndiaMART Executive to manage our IndiaMART account, generate quality B2B leads, and convert inquiries into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the IndiaMART platform and excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company’s IndiaMART account.
- Handle buyer inquiries and respond promptly.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Generate and qualify business leads from IndiaMART.
- Update product listings and ensure accurate product information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert inquiries into orders.
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups,



and conversions.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent support.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience working on the IndiaMART platform.
- Positive knowledge of IndiaMART lead management and inquiry handling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work in a target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
