Eltoria Innovations is looking for an experienced Academic Program Designer – AI & STREAM to design and develop engaging curriculum for Grades 3 to 11. The role involves creating lesson plans, teacher guides, student workbooks, hands-on lab activities, projects, and assessments for AI, Robotics, Coding, and Integrated STREAM Labs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design curriculum for AI, Robotics, Coding and STREAM programs.
- Develop lesson plans, teacher manuals and student workbooks.
- Create hands-on lab activities and project-based learning modules.
- Design assessments, worksheets and evaluation rubrics.
- Align curriculum with NEP 2020 and competency-based learning.
- Support teacher training and curriculum implementation.

Requirements:





- 3–5 years of experience in K-12 curriculum development.
- Experience in AI, Robotics, Coding, STEM or STREAM education.
- Robust understanding of project-based learning and instructional design.
- Excellent academic writing and content development skills.
- Experience working with schools or EdTech companies is preferred.

Job Location:

Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid/Remote for the right candidate)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
