About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented individuals to join our Therapeutic Division as Territory Business Managers (TBMs). The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting our Dermatology and Cosmetology product portfolio, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Freshers with the right qualifications and a passion for pharmaceutical sales are encouraged to apply, along with experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote and generate prescriptions for the company's Dermatology and Cosmetology products.

· Meet Dermatologists, Cosmetologists, General Physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote products effectively.

· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.

· Plan and execute daily field visits and maintain regular customer interactions.

· Conduct product presentations and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.

· Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

· Ensure timely reporting of daily calls, sales activities, and expense statements.





· Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, product campaigns, and promotional activities whenever required.

· Maintain high standards of ethics, compliance, and company policies during field operations.

Education

· B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc, Any other Bachelor's Degree

Experience

· Must have 3-4 years’ experience.

· Candidates with prior experience in Pharmaceutical Sales or Cosmetology and Dermatology Sales will be preferred.

Required Skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good presentation and negotiation abilities.

· Strong customer relationship management skills.

· Self-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.

Mandatory Requirements

· Must own a two-wheeler.

· Valid Driving License is mandatory.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
