Nivak Communications Private Limited is a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP). We specialize in delivering high-speed internet connectivity utilizing cutting-edge wireless RF (Radio Frequency) technology.
Job Responsibilities
- Equipment Installation: Set up and configure RF equipment at customer residential and commercial premises.
- Service & Maintenance: Respond to service calls, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and resolve technical faults on-site.
- Site Surveys: Assist in alignment and signal testing to ensure optimal bandwidth delivery.
- Customer Interaction: Guide customers on basic equipment handling and provide professional service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Higher Secondary / Plus Two (+2) completed, OR
- Diploma (ECE, EEE, CS, or IT preferred), OR
- Any Graduation / Degree.
- Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of networking or hardware is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with outdoor field work and climbing heights for antenna installation.
- A valid two-wheeler driving license and a smartphone are mandatory.
