Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced and talented eCommerce Technical Manager to join our team and lead the development and delivery of our eCommerce projects.
- You will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our eCommerce platforms, ensuring high quality, performance and scalability.
- You will also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to define the project scope, timeline and budget,and provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the technical design, development, testing and deployment of eCommerce solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud or other similar platforms like Magento/Adobe Commerce, Oracle Cloud.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, testers and analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards and methodologies.
- Coordinate with business analysts, product owners, designers and customers to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Plan and execute agile project development using tools like Jira, GIT and Confluence, and monitor the project progress, risks and issues
- Ensure the quality, performance,



security and scalability of the eCommerce solutions, and troubleshoot any technical issues or defects.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the eCommerce domain, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in eCommerce development and management, with multiple project implementations.
- Proficient in SAP Commerce Cloud or other similar platforms like Magento/Adobe Commerce, Oracle Cloud, and their features, functionalities and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks such as Java, Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React etc.
- Experience in agile project development and management using tools like Jira, GIT and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ready to work from our Pune office.
