Assistant Manager

Position: Assistant Manager

Work Location: Chennai

Department: Imports (Air & Sea)

Experience

- Assist sales department acquire recent accounts
- Manage staff performance to ensure required levels of productivity and organizational objectives are met
- Coordinate bookings , documentation , and execution of routings for assigned shipments while keeping in constant communication with the customer and Over seas agents.
- Obtain rate from over seas agents and airlines, liners.
- Negotiate rates.
- Ensure accurate and timely service to avoid penalties
- Responsible for Customer satisfaction.
- Air import freight forwarding / air import logistics forwarding / air import cargo forwarding / Sea import freight forwarding / Liners / CHA expert

CTC: Depends on Experience

Qualification: Graduation
