Role Description The Content Creator role at Protrainy is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Content Creator will develop engaging educational content, including video scripts, course materials, social media posts, and blog articles tailored to civil engineering learners. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts, structuring and updating course content, and ensuring alignment with Protrainy's industry-ready focus. The role also involves basic content editing, visual ideation,



and coordination with design and marketing teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust editing skills, including the ability to create clear, concise, and learner-focused content.
- Candidates should possess skills in educational or training content development, such as structuring lessons, preparing scripts, and adapting technical topics for understandable learning materials
- Candidates should possess basic digital and social media content skills, including familiarity with online learning platforms and content formats suitable for E-learning.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with trainers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
- A background or strong interest in civil engineering or related fields is highly beneficial, along with the ability to understand technical concepts.
