Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments.
- Ability to work with large-scale data processing and integration workflows.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and incident management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
