Position: Program Advisor – Sales

Location: Lower Parel

Key Responsibilities:

 Promote and drive admissions for various online and classroom management programs.

 Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment targets through end-to-end sales management.

 Generate and qualify leads via multiple channels — cold calling, email campaigns, social media, outreach activities, and referrals.

 Identify, engage, and convert prospective students, primarily working professionals from diverse industries.

 Counsel and support prospective students to select suitable programs aligned with their career goals.





 Stay updated on industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing / Management.

 Freshers to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, inside sales, SaaS, Banking, Real Estate.

 Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

 Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.
