Qualification PDIS + BE/ MSc (Chemical, Mechanical Etc.)

Role & Responsibility

- Ensure compliance with applicable Health, Safety & Setting (HSE) laws, client requirements, and company safety policies.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify and eliminate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Implement and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities.
- Carry out HIRA, JSA, Develop SOP, PSM and recommend suitable control measures.
- Conduct safety inductions, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, inspection reports, incident reports, and statutory records.
- Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
- Participate in emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and first-response coordination.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to achieve safety objectives.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through regular communication and employee engagement.
