Role Description The Purchase & Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kurukshetra. The role involves managing procurement of food, beverages, and consumables, ensuring timely ordering, vendor coordination, and cost-effective purchasing. The Purchase & Store Manager maintains accurate inventory records, oversees stock receiving and issuing, and implements systems to minimize wastage and loss. The role includes organizing the store layout, monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and aligning inventory with operational needs and sales forecasts. The Purchase & Store Manager collaborates with restaurant management and kitchen teams to ensure product availability,



supports quality control, and helps maintain compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
Qualifications

- Strong store management skills with experience in inventory control, stock handling, and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices, including shrinkage control, auditing, and risk mitigation.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction skills to support front-of-house teams and ensure reliable product availability.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and management.
- Prior experience in restaurant, food service, or retail operations, preferably in a purchasing or store role.
- Ability to work on-site in Kurukshetra, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory or POS software; familiarity with Excel is beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in supply chain, business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
