About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic team member to join our Founder's Office in a multi-functional role.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and fast-paced execution. You will work closely with the leadership team across growth, marketing, coordination, operations, hiring support, onboarding and internal culture.

No two days will be exactly the same. The role will require you to coordinate, communicate, follow up, solve problems and help different teams move faster.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the leadership team with growth initiatives, marketing coordination and daily execution.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, candidates and internal team members.
- Assist with follow-ups, proposals, meetings, documentation and office systems.
- Support hiring coordination,



onboarding and basic people operations.
- Help maintain internal communication, discipline and a positive work environment.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, culture and overall team efficiency.

Skills We Are Looking For

- Strong communication skills.
- Interest or experience in sales, marketing, operations, coordination or people management.
- Ability to take ownership and complete tasks without repeated follow-ups.
- Comfort with multitasking in a fast-moving creative environment.
- Good problem-solving ability and common sense.
- Professional attitude while working with candidates, clients, vendors and team members.

Preferred Background

- Freshers and candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience can apply.
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, client coordination, operations, HR coordination or social media coordination will be helpful.

Compensation

- ₹18,000 to ₹35,000 per month.

Final offer will depend on communication skills, experience, ownership, attitude and performance in the selection process.
