Position: Case Manager – Documentation (Australia)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: 5–15 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end documentation for Australian immigration and visa applications.

• Review, verify, and organize client documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Coordinate with clients to obtain pending documents and resolve documentation-

related queries.

• Prepare and manage application files in accordance with the Department of Home

Affairs (Australia) requirements.

• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM on a regular basis.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of applications.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and Australian immigration guidelines.





• Monitor application progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal

stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 5–15 years of experience in Australian immigration documentation and case

management.

• Strong knowledge of Australian visa categories and documentation requirements.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines.
