Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution.
- Technical Review & Compliance
- Study and validate structural drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to IS codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Budget & Cost Control
- Estimate project costs, monitor budgets, and track expenditures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Team Coordination
- Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Act as the point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Skills & Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3-7 years of experience in project execution.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.

Civil Site Engineer – Job Description

Responsibilities

- On-Site Supervision




- Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work is as per drawings.
- Supervise labor, subcontractors, and material usage.
- Resource Management
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely supply.
- Quality & Safety Compliance
- Conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and resolve hazards.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and material records.
- Report deviations or delays to the Project Engineer/Manager.
- Problem Solving
- Address technical issues and provide practical on-site solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of site supervision experience.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.

Pay: ₹40,064.00 - ₹80,053.00 per month
