Experience

2–5 Years in Industrial/Corporate Security (Ex-Army candidates preferred)

Preferred Location

Candidates from Gandhidham, Adipur, Mundra, Anjar, and nearby areas will be given preference.

Qualification

- Ex-Army personnel preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of industrial security operations and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the overall security of the company's premises, employees, visitors, and assets.
- Supervise security guards and monitor daily security operations.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and access control procedures.
- Manage gate operations, visitor management, and vehicle movement.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Coordinate with local police, emergency services, and government authorities whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.




- Conduct emergency response drills and security awareness programs.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to security protocols by all personnel.
- Prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
- Maintain security records, attendance, and shift reports.

- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and crisis management.
- Ability to handle conflict and resolve security-related issues.
- Good observation, vigilance, and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for report preparation and record maintenance.
