Rigid Plastic Packaging – West & North-West Region

Work Location: Work From Home / Remote

Preferred Base: Indore (MP) or Punjab

Territory: West & North-West India

Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate

Industry: Rigid Plastic Packaging / PET Packaging

The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections and hands-on experience in marketing PET bottles, PET preforms, HDPE/PP containers, plastic closures, caps, jars, or other rigid plastic packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities across the assigned West and North-West India markets.

Identify and approach potential customers in the beverage, packaged drinking water, dairy, edible oil, FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, personal care, home care, and allied industries.

Generate new leads and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate for quotations, product development, samples, trials, and commercial discussions.

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining business profitability.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, customer pipelines, and market development reports.





Travel within the assigned territory as required for customer meetings and business development.

Proven experience in rigid plastic packaging sales and marketing is strongly preferred.

Existing relationships with customers in the PET, beverage, packaged water, FMCG, and rigid packaging industries will be a major advantage.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of the local market and be comfortable communicating with customers, distributors, business owners, and industry professionals.

Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship-management capabilities are essential.

The candidate should be self-driven and capable of independently managing the assigned territory while working remotely.

Candidates currently based in Indore or Punjab will be preferred.

Experience

Candidates with relevant experience in the PET preform, PET bottle, closure, cap, container, or other rigid plastic packaging industry are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary is no bar for the right candidate.

We are looking for a qualified who understands the regional rigid plastic packaging market and can take ownership of business development, current customer acquisition, key account management, and long-term sales growth.
