Job Description

Lead and manage the Quality Department covering Quality Control (QC), Quality Management System (QMS) and Continuous Improvement (CI) functions.

Ensure consistent product quality across incoming materials, in-process, and finished goods in printing & packaging operations.

Implement, maintain, and continuously improve quality systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC, BRC, and Halal standards.

Coordinate and manage internal audits, external audits, and customer audits, including CAPA follow-up.

Handle customer complaints and drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.

Work closely with Production, PPIC, Engineering, Procurement, and Sales to ensure quality compliance.

Develop, coach, and strengthen the QC & QMS teams to meet quality and compliance targets.

Job Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Graphic Engineering,



or related fields).

Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality, with at least 3 years in a managerial or department head role in Manufacture Industry.

Experience in Printing & Packaging or FMCG Packaging industry is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC, BRC, and Halal systems.

Proven experience handling certification and customer audits.

Good understanding of printing & packaging processes and quality tools (RCA, CAPA, 7 QC Tools).

Strong leadership, hands-on, communicative, and coachable personality.

Comfortable working in a quick-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines.

Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang.
