The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, course explanation, admissions support, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals about career opportunities and training programs
Explain course details, certification perks, duration, and fee structure
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
Handle walk-ins, phone enquiries, WhatsApp leads, and online enquiries
Convert enquiries into admissions through regular follow-ups
Maintain student records and daily follow-up reports
Support marketing activities, seminars, workshops, and education events
Coordinate with trainers and management for admission processes
Achieve monthly admission targets and counseling goals
