Job Description – Commis (I, II, III) – Bakery Production & Hot kitchen

Department: Bakery Production (Bread, Brownie & Pastry)
Reports To: Senior Team Members (Commis I, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef)

Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our bakery production team. The role involves preparing high-quality bakery products, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, brownies, pastries, and other products as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor baking processes, quality, and adherence to hygiene standards (HACCP/FSSAI).
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO), and minimizing wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and timelines.




- Train and guide junior team members (for senior roles).

Qualifications:
- Educational background in Hotel Management or Bakery preferred.
- Experience:
- Commis I: 3–5 years
- Commis II: 1–3 years
- Commis III: 0–1 year
- Basic to advanced bakery knowledge, depending on the role.

Skills:
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Teamwork and communication.
- Time management and ability to work under production targets.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
