We are looking for a creative and execution-focused professional who can manage social media, run performance marketing campaigns, and create engaging digital content using contemporary AI tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content calendars.
- Design creative graphics, carousels, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional videos for social media.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Generate leads through performance marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Research market trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
- Use AI tools to improve content creation, marketing workflows, and campaign efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for content approvals and campaign execution.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Social Media Management.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Understanding of Performance Marketing concepts.




- Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
- Graphic designing skills using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Mass Communication, Computer Applications, or any related field.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
