Key responsibilities:

1. Understand client needs and gather business and technical requirements through meetings, calls, and documentation

2. Create detailed BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), user stories, and workflow diagrams

3. Act as a liaison between clients, sales teams, project managers, and developers

4. Assist in project scoping, estimation, and defining deliverables

5. Work with UI/UX teams to ensure user-centric designs and wireframes

6. Conduct competitor and market research to support product decisions

7. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and ensure the product backlog is well maintained

8. Validate deliverables through client demos, UAT, and provide support during project rollout

9. Identify and resolve business and functional issues proactively

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field

2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or software development industry

3.



Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

4. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, MS Office, Lucidchart, etc

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills

6. Robust analytical and problem-solving ability

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

8. Experience with international clients and cross-functional teams

9. Knowledge of web, mobile, and eCommerce technologies

10. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
