Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in both digital and offline marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other online platforms.
- Generate and nurture quality sales leads.
- Coordinate branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, and events.
- Manage the company's social media presence and website content.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the sales, design, and operations teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.




- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and business partners.

Qualifications

- +12 to any
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM software.
