- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for SolidWorks products.
- Assist clients with SolidWorks implementation, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on SolidWorks usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and improve software.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
Key Skills
- Expertise in SolidWorks software and 3D CAD modeling.
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to customize SolidWorks to meet client needs.
- Experience in CAD or mechanical design is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, BE/ME in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Prior knowledge/experience in the SolidWorks/CAD software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
