Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Telecaller based in Erode. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, address customer inquiries, and provide information about our clothing solutions.

- Maintaining accurate call records
- Supporting follow-up activities to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and persuasive skills are essential to effectively present the services and products offered by TeesZone™.

Qualifications

- Robust communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate solutions
- Good organizational and time management skills to achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of telecommunication tools
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage
- Positive attitude, persistence, and adaptability to customer feedback
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English is preferred
- Candidates from Erode district preferred

Pay: ₹9,542.42 - ₹30,958.79 per month
