objective of the ISMP (In-Store Merchandising Personnel) role is to achieve and enhance in-store product visibility for P&G; products by ensuring the optimal execution of product placement, shelving, and displays in alignment with the company's plans. The ISMP is tasked with driving a strong P&G; product presence within stores, ensuring that all merchandising activities—such as DPSM (Display and Shelf Management)—are executed flawlessly
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
