Position Purpose
Establish and independently manage the complete HR function while partnering with leadership to build scalable HR systems, strengthen culture, and ensure statutory compliance.
Experience
6–8 years of progressive HR Generalist experience with at least 2–3 years independently managing HR. Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure or EPC preferred.
Qualification
MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR. Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll, statutory compliance and HRMS.

Managing Director / CEO
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and HR processes.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales and support functions.
- Drive onboarding, confirmation, performance management, succession planning and employee engagement.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave and statutory compliance.
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances and employee relations.
- Updating organization structure, job descriptions and KRAs/KPIs.
- Draft HR letters and employment documents.
- Maintain HRMIS, dashboards and management reports.
- Support leadership on manpower planning and organizational development
- Organize employee activities & Promote a positive work culture
- Identify training needs & Coordinate internal and external training programs.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
