About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Community Manager to create an engaging workplace experience, foster strong client relationships, and ensure seamless day-to-day community operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Candidates from the Managed Workspace, Co-working, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Facility Management industry will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with members, clients, and stakeholders.

Ensure an exceptional customer experience by proactively addressing member needs and resolving concerns.

Plan and execute community engagement initiatives, networking events, and member activities.

Drive member satisfaction, retention, and community participation.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage member onboarding and provide a seamless onboarding experience.





Monitor service quality and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.

Coordinate with vendors and support teams for facility-related requirements.

Maintain community MIS, occupancy records, and operational reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–5 years of relevant experience as a Community Manager, Customer Success Executive, Client Relationship Executive, Front Office Manager, or similar role.

Experience in Managed Workspace, Co-working, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Facility Management is preferred.
