Job Description – Programmer (Home & Building Automation)

Reports To: Project Manager / Project Head
Location: New Delhi

Role Summary

The Programmer will be responsible for programming, commissioning, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of Home Automation, Building Management, Lighting Management, Audio-Video, and Unified Communication systems. The role requires strong technical expertise to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of all installed systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Program, configure, and commission Home Management Systems (HMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), and Lighting Management Systems (LMS).
- Configure and integrate Home Automation platforms with lighting, HVAC, security, AV, and networking systems.
- Perform Audio-Video (AV) system programming, calibration, testing, and optimization.
- Configure and commission Video Conferencing Systems, including cameras, microphones, speakers, DSPs, displays, and control systems.
- Integrate third-party devices using standard communication protocols such as KNX, BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, RS-232, and IP-based protocols.
- Conduct site testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and client demonstrations.
- Prepare system backups, programming documentation, and as-built configurations.
- Coordinate with Design, Project,



and Service teams during installation and project execution.
- Provide technical support during project handover and post-installation service.
- Ensure all programming complies with company standards and project specifications.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Home Automation, BMS, AV, or Smart Building projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
